Return Policy

At Slow Dance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at slowdancestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided.


Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at slowdancestudio@gmail.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
